Thank you for shopping at Final Wishes All sales are considered final unless the product you received is damaged.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the damaged item and verification of the issue, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
